Preparation Steps
Heat oil in a pan or wok
Fry garlic, ginger, and onions until fragrant
Add marinated beef and stir-fry on high heat until browned
Add capsicum and chilies, cook for 2–3 minutes
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili sauce
Stir well until sauce thickens slightly
Add roasted cashews and mix gently
Cook for another 1–2 minutes
Garnish with spring onions
