Ingredients
2 cups raw cashews
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 sprig curry leaves
2 dried red chilies
3 cloves garlic (sliced)
Salt to taste

Method
Step 1: Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Step 2: Add garlic slices, dried red chilies, and curry leaves. Fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 3: Add the raw cashews to the pan and fry while stirring continuously.
Step 4: Cook until the cashews turn light golden brown and crispy.
Step 5: Sprinkle chili powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to coat the cashews evenly.
Step 6: Remove from heat and allow the cashews to cool. They will become extra crispy as they cool down.
Step 7: Serve as a snack for parties or with drinks.
