Preparation Steps
Step 1: Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat
Step 2: Add garlic slices, dried red chilies, and curry leaves
Fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant
Step 3: Add the raw cashews to the pan and fry while stirring continuously
Step 4: Cook until the cashews turn light golden brown and crispy
Step 5: Sprinkle chili powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, and salt
Mix well to coat the cashews evenly
Step 6: Remove from heat and allow the cashews to cool
They will become extra crispy as they cool down
Step 7: Serve as a snack for parties or with drinks
