1 tbsp soy sauce

½ tsp chilli flakes

Preparation Steps
Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat
Add chopped garlic, onion, and green chilli
Sauté until fragrant and onions become soft
Add prawns and sliced cuttlefish
Cook for 3–4 minutes until seafood is properly cooked
Add chilli flakes, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt
Mix well with the seafood
Add the cooked cold rice to the wok
Mix gently and evenly with the seafood and spices
Stir fry for a few minutes until the rice is heated through and well combined
Add chopped spring onion and mix lightly for extra flavor
Remove from heat and serve hot
