Ingredients List

  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 small piece Fresh Ginger (optional)
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice (optional)
  • 1 tsp Raw Honey (optional
  • after cooling slightly)

Preparation Steps
